I want to complain about Bestshower.com which is based in Boston, MA. They are the most fraudulent company I have ever come across. Please try and stay away from them. After reading my experience I know you surely will. I had ordered for a shower head from Bestshower.com few months back. I thought that this site was trustworthy site. I thought that because the used paypal as their payment method. That was greatest misunderstanding I ever had. I ordered it thinking that nothing would go wrong But I was absolutely wrong. Nothing went right. I made the payment through paypal and I was told that I would receive the order in two weeks. Well two weeks passed but I did not receive anything. I tried contacting the company and got through very rarely. When I got through I asked for the owner but never managed to get him on the line. I have called many times left messages I also sent numerous emails but no response at all. I filed complaint against Bestshower.com with paypal and they said that they are investigating and will get back to me. Hope they can help me out and teach those con artists a lesson.
