This company is based in China - which there is no indication of in website. We ordered a $125 pr of men's shoes which were too small even though we had ordered 1/2 size larger than usually worn. We have sent multiple emails (email address has changed since original order but have used new email also) and their reply, when they reply at all, is they do not offer refunds. The address label was in Chinese so no way to return shoes. Since we can't return them the credit card used will not file a complaint. Paypal used a out-of-date credit card they had on file. I would strongly suggest no one places an order with this company. I feel if it is a foreign-based company it should be noted in the website.
