They arrived on time, very friendly and courteous. I was very impressed with this company's professional customer representative! He expertly attended the repair that I needed for our oven that was overheating without any problem and difficulties. I felt that he knows what customer service stands for because he went the extra mile just to complete the job as soon as possible without being in a hurry. Keep up the good work, everyone!
