Purchased a sample of tooth whitener for $1.97 in October. Called and canceled and have not received a refund. Now I discover that on 12/4 my account was charged an additional $24.13 for a world fitness membership. It seems after calling 866-407-5590 that there was a fine print in the order for the tooth whitener that stated you must check the dot to opt-out of the membership otherwise you would be enrolled. I have called and they refuse to refund the money. Wanted to notify whomever I could of the fraudulent ad.
