Beyond Fitness is a personal training service. They were contracted through Gold’s Gym to provide personal training to members who requested and paid for this service. I signed a contract for 1 year with Beyond Fitness. 3 months into the training (Nov 2005), they abruptly stopped their affiliation with my branch of Gold’s gym and all sessions stopped. I never received any contact from the company about this or how my contract with them would be resolved. I continued to pay them in the hopes that this would be resolved. Any company that fails to communicate with its clients is bad news. So far, I have not received the training sessions nor have I received a refund of the money that I did give them. I have stopped payments and am hoping that this company responds to my letters to resolve this matter. I would stay far away from this company if at all possible since they do not appear to complete their contractual obligations.
