I was scammed into signing a contract with WOW, however, a month after I ran into medical problems that prevented the workout. I called corpoarte office MANY times w/o much help to cancel the contract. Luckily, I found a clause in the contract that allows me to get out of the contract with such a medical condition and also specifies that I am due a refund of the money taken out already (since I didn't get a chance to use the services). Again corporate was unwilling to cooperate so I proceeded to file a small claims pro se and ended up winning the case with a default motion for judgement. Needless to say, they have still not paid the court ordered amount and on top of that they have pursued with a collections company which is calling me everyday!
I wish I knew what their bank was so that I could just file a Bank Execution and get it over with!
