Sir/Madam,
I joined Bharti Axa life insurance co. ltd. on 14/03/2008. Patna Branch, as a Sales Manager(unit manager) on co's payroll.
I got letter sometime in the last week of Nov.09 at my residence, stating that my service is terminated from 01/12/2008, without any prior notice.
I spoke to my seniors and they told me we'll try to retain you, keep on working, & they kept me on working till 24/12/2008, & thten they asked me to go back.
My 24 days Salary of Dec.2008, & my P.F is not yet given to me.
I don't know what to do, Please HELP ME.
