I purchased what was believed to be a legal copy of Adobe Photo Shop CS4. After receiving the software and attempting to install and register the software I received a message stating that the Registration ID was invalid. I contacted Adobe to verify this information and sure enough, it was not a valid ID number. I contacted the company via email and they provided me with another ID number, assuring me that this time it will work. Once again, no success. Same error as before. After numerous email to the company requesting a refund, which is gauranteed on their website, I have yet to receive a refund or a return email to my last request. Therefore, I have excepted this as a loss without a chance of refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE SOFTWARE!!!
