Bid.tv is advertising a "9ct gold 0.42ct diamond solitaire ring" and while from a distance the ring could be said to resemble a solitaire, The ring is not a diamond "solitaire" at all and is in fact clearly a cluster ring. On checking over the website I have found multiple instances of similar misleading practice and false item descriptions.
Why has no official body pulled this company into check?
