Western circus at Gurgaon cheating the administration, providing them false information and Income tax department busy with other business, where as the International Organization for Animal Protection - OIPA in India got authentic information about Western circus that they have created all assets of the circus with black money, with out any proper documentations and they have conceal the facts while assessing income tax, they never paid / deposit income tax to the Indian Government.
Hence OIPA in India ask Income tax department at Gurgaon / CBI to investigate all assets created and maintained by Western circus, their last five years income and tax paid to the Government by them be checked, then a big financial scandal / fraud will be exposed. As per reports received by the OIPA in India that this Western circus mixed up with two circus property and animals performed illegally with out any authority but District administration and Police silent on this issue due to political pressure because one of the silent partner of Western circus has been MLA in past. Local DFO allowed them opportunity to relocate and change the exotic birds, Macaws alleged to be belongs to the Nandankanan zoo, no ownership of these birds checked yet, no ban on animal performance.
