When sold the Mobile card In Tasmania I asked if there is a Austraila wide warranty the salesperson said there was. I tried to install the mobile card on 2 different computers and it did not work. Plus where I am there is a very bad signal with telstra Next G. So I went in to Harvey Norman In Toowoomba and asked for the card to have a external antenna (this I have found out will work where I am here) the toowoomba store said that they will not change the card after much haggling with the person. I went outside to ring up Launceston Harvey Norman. They said if I was there they would fix the problem. So the store in Toowoomba is not good serevice and sucks. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM this is like throwing $300 dollars away
