Excellent service from Billy de Cola of Big10 Media, Inc. Lightning fast shipment (actually arrived before it left, due to international date line!) It was a Sony DSR-1 DVCAM VTR, purchased through eBay. It had a slight transport problem common to all early DVCAM VTRs, and I got it fixed right away with Billy's help. Completely reimbursed.

I later purchased a Sony DSR-25 DVCAM VCR from their eBay auction. The manual was Japanese, so I asked how I would go about getting an English one. Billy sent me one almost before I asked! I'll always check Big10 Media first for new equipment. I'm very satisfied.
