I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from this website the day after Thanksgiving and got a confirmation saying that I would receive the boots in 5-7 business days. It is now December 28th and I still have no boots. I have been emailing them back and forth with them and they claimed that my boots were shipped a couple weeks ago. Obviously they were not. The company is refusing to cancel my order and refund my money at this point or even a couple weeks ago when I originally asked them to. I also know someone who ordered and actually received their boots (over a month later) and when they wanted to return them, the company tried charging them $25. The company tells you in order to return them, you need to accept the package and then contact them for return instructions, surely another way to get more money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! Legal action needs to be taken against them! Furthermore, they claim that Ugg boots are made in China where everyone knows that they are made in Australia. To this day, they are still telling me that authentic Ugg boots are made in China.
