ugg boots bought on november 29th no phone number on web site. goods promised in 4 to 8 bussiness days no e-mail response from them until my daughter in law found that they were also called 5th street outlet and she found an e-mail address then they said they were coming and they would send me a tracking number, i tried to cancel then because it was over 3 weeks since I order them and x-mas was getting close, my daughter in-law and my sister had also placed an order and were having the same problem. I went to the web and found others were having this problem with this company. finally a tracking number came after I already began shop the local stores and bought them at nordstoms. Two days after x-mas on the 29th day after my order they arrived in a much beat up box. Now they want to charge me $20.00 plus shipping to send them back to them, when clearly they did not meet their terms of delivery and also their terms in notifing you if the product was not instock per their policy. i want a full refund and shipping fees credited back to my charge card that was charged on nov. 29th... 29 days before i got the product. My 2 other relatives have still not received the boots one ordered before me the other one on the same day as me.
