BUYER BEWARE...Ordered a Bike Basket from them through PayPal. PayPal transferred funds to them - however I received no formal receipt of funds nor did I receive a shipping tracking number. It's been over two weeks and no response from the company. Based on reviews I've seen on complaint board...this company is simply a scam! Steer clear of the vendor - they're either incompetent or outright crooks.

i ordered these tires on the 16th of July. a week went by and i never received tracking info. i contacted them and they havent been shipped yet but that they would be shipping out the next day. i still never received a tracking number. i contacted them again on the 28th of july and they still hadnt shipped. i received no explanation as to why, nor any apology. i was told they would be shipped out. i still never received any tracking info. i heard nothing from them. i contacted them again and had to ask again why it hasnt gone out. i get an email from some tech who tells me he spoke to the manager again and it would go out friday. today is wednesday, why am i waiting? why wasnt this sent out the first two times? why am i still waiting till friday? well, friday came and went and no tracking info. I am currently disputing the charge with Paypal.
