The website is fine. It is the company that is lousy. I ordered a t-shirt on line and payed immediately through paypal. The company would not send my item, nor would they respond to my attempts to contact them. After several tries to take care of the situation on my own, I filed complaints with paypal and the Arkansas Better Business Bureau. Paypal was able to get a refund for me. I would discourage anyone from shopping from this website.
