I purchased one Canon EOS Digital Rebel for my work. It arrived ok, however I was convinced into buying a grossly overpriced compact flash. That aside, I recently ordered the same camera for myself. The price was great, and from my past experience they seemed alright. Since that order, I recieved an order and confirmation number. That was 3 weeks ago. I was told that someone would be calling me back, but I have yet to hear from them. I tried contacting them via e-mail, but no one has responded. Their phone number has been busy for a week. As of now, I have no camera and no word from them. I'm leaving for vacation next week and don't expect to get the camera. Does anyone know what's up with their phone? I can't find any other contact info on them. Who are these people? I wish I could go to NY and give them a piece of my mind! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
