I bought 3 handbags from iCoachoutlet. The bags I received were nothing like what were shown on the web, very poor quality. These were fake bags. I returned the bags but never got the refund. I had hoped that billingsupportsystems.com would help me with the refund as it seemed that billingsupportsystems.com helped the vendor made the transaction, but they are not helpful at all. They keep asking the same questions and cannot do a very simple calculation. They also never give a straight answer to my request.
