i also had a simerler problem, the pop up told me there was viruses on the computer, so i went out and bought anti-virus software but the pop up still wouldnt allow me onto the internet so i agreed to pay the £49.99 they requested. there were no viruses on my computer and thus the programme did nothing, i was also charged £108.99. this happened the day after my baby was born and put me into debt with my bank, why haven't they been stopped from 'trading'??
