DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. GMen Construction is a contractor that does home repair and remodel in and around Vallejo, CA and Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda and Napa counties. The contractor, Billy Oliver, is a crook who assaulted me in my home and stole $32, 000 insurance funds distributed for my home repair, disappearing without a word, avoiding phone calls and contact. On tracking him down, he charged me with harassment to get away with it and the judge the charge out of court. He is known to target chruch projects and labels himself a preacher to gain confidence.
