We booked at Bingelela Lodge in Bergville with my colleagues, we checked in on the 09 May 2008 and checked out on the 17 May 2008. The service we received was very very poor. Our rooms did not receive any cleaning, we were never supplied with clean towels, we used the same towel from the day we checked in until the day we checked out. Even after complaining to management about the dirtiness of the place and the fact that our towels were not changed at all for the whole week, we never received any apology and nothing was changed.
