I ordered 3 Stem Cell Therapy on February 22, 2011. I DISTINCTLY recall canceling the order right away because it would not arrive in time before I left on a VERY LONG trip.
I just arrived, and sure enough the box w/the products were here!!! After waiting for 15 minutes on the phone, listening to classical music a VERY RUDE woman answered, I stated my complaint, she again rudely told me there was NO record of my call, etc... Never did she try to be of help. The products are here UNTOUCHED .
Finally, she told me she had cancelled the rest of the "every three month order", which I did not even remember about...how lucky am I!!! The call was today May 9th @ about 1.45pm. Did not get her name, hung up after I told her I would complain.
