My friend who is 76 years old received a brochure in the mail from Memitrol regarding memory loss there was a number to call for a free sample. When he called they asked fo r his credit card number and he said I just want the free sample to see if it works first. They said well give us your credti card number and we will have it on file and when you call to order we will have all this infromation on file. We then received a package in the mail with 4 bottles and an invoice for $117.97. I called the number on the information and was told, that they would give me a return authorization number to return the bottles but since the package had been opened there would be a 15% restocking fee. I repackaged the bottles along with a note asking is this how they make their moneys sending out pills on an inquiry and then charging a 15% restocking fee. Bill Edwards
