BioMolecular Reviews

March 30, 2008
longevity scams
VIVIGEN is one of their product luring, especially senior citizens with a line of 'blue sky' promises to reverse the aging process. Incidentally, BioMolecular is not the only such practicioner of selling 'hope' to the trusting 'elderly'. They work on the same formula:
1. In small type, each hides a 'disclaimer' in their very colorful display, listing all the miracles that by buying and taking their product we'll not only prolong time on earth, but make a u-turn to regain our faculties we had when we were young. However, in the 'disclaimer' that and I can only guess, only a very fiew senior hopefuls will, or even can read without a microscope, they contradict all what the 'user' of the product would benefit by. Without exception, the first thing they declare that the Food And Drug Administration has not approved 'the product'.
The 'Refund Guaranteed' trick: They deposit the money collected even before the product haas been delivered to the sucker, in a safety deposit account (I only guess but if I were in their business, I would)
that earns interest. They keep it for long before reimbursing. Then, Shipping and Handling is not refundable.
Is there a Government Watch Department where I could, along with other of my over 70 year young fellows could report to? I'm 82.
Sincrely awaiting a response,
Gabriel
