Dear Sir,

I saw the news in Straits Times S'pore on Thursday 16/4/09.One of the director (Carol) recommended patients to non license doctor in S'pore for treatment and injection with drugs that are poisonous.The first attempt was in 2000 and second attempt was 2007.I wonder if these people should be seriously punished.
