I currently am subscribed to Birds & Bloom with a gift subscription to Sharon Brickner. I called Customer service this date January 4, 2010 and they explained that I am paid up until through 2016. I am paid through 2016.

I paid bill online on August 7, 2009 in the amount of $30.00 using my current credit card. Please explain to me why I got a threatening letter from Reiman Publications stating that my subscription was going to be cancelled if I did not pay bill in the amount of $30.00 when I am subscribed until 2016.
