I make quite a few dishes using frozen vegtables. Imagine my surprise when I noticed that the 10 oz box of Bird's Eye Frozen spinach was only 9 oz. Every other brand offers 10 ounces. Recipes use the standard 10 ounces. You can't just suck out an ounce of spinach to save money-charge what you have to but don't play with the size. Many recipes are built around standards just like the 10 ounce box of spinach or broccoli or whatever. Who makes your decisions? It isn't someone who actually cooks, is it? Warning: Don't go down the Kmart road where they had to declare Chapt 11 because the people making the tough choices had never actually been in a Kmart! Certain fiscal decisions can be handled by your 22 year old nephew, Portnoy but for anything that remotely impacts the integrity of your brand or the trust of your target buyer...better go ask Grandma.
