I flew from paris to lyon december 2010; luggage was lost, i declare this, get a ref n°. 2 days later they offer that i buy first necessities for up to € 100. I did. My luggage turned up next day. Since 6 months, dozens of phone calls, emails, faxes, recopying my dossier and talking to foreigners in call centers I get told NOW that unfortunately it is too late to make a claim??????? I have written to AF in France, GB where I live, filled in forms on-line, written to the general director, the direction du transport aérien, ministère du transport, the customer service, la DGAC direct° gén de l'aviation civile. What can I do now, who do I contact ? I do have time and persistance if they imagine for one minute that I will give up. This is incredible, I am speechless at AIR FRANCE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
