I enrolled in an online MBA class in July '08. My $175 soft-cover marketing book was miss-shipped 2 times so it was basically lost in transit for 3 weeks before it actually arrived. By the time this over-priced book arrived I decided to drop the class so I shipped it back and was told it was "damaged" even though I had never used it! Now they won't give me a refund and their Customer service manager, Ebony Grimsley, is avoiding my emails and phone calls in order to avoid giving me a refund. - Jason
