STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a juicer in August 2007. I have contacted the company on several occasions and have been given the run-around. Lots of legal jargon and reminders of terms that I agreed to. My credit card was charged immediately after my first email of complaint to the company. They have repeatedly given a lame explanation of problems in China and their ridiculous 'policy' of no refund until after 180 days. I was then told that even if the 180 days pass, it would take 4 weeks to get a refund ticket from UPS (and I have to have the product to return it) and/or even receive a call back from their Customer Service department because of their heavy call load. All code for 'sorry lady, you're out of luck'. I am a careful consumer and take precautions to avoid situations like this. Now I feel as if my hands are tied. I am reporting them to the BBB, especially after reading all of the complaints that echo mine EXACTLY. So frustrating!
