Contracted with company to write a business plan on 01-15-2010 was told that it would take 2-3 weeks. Did not receive plan until 7th week when I started complaining. When the plan was received, it still had major errors making it un-usable. I've contacted company to ask for refund and to inform of the errors. Have not had answer.
