I made an online battery change request on August 15,2007.The battery was supposed to be replaced within 10 days. It has been more than 1 month now and still battery has not been replaced. This is not expected of such a responsible company like NOKIA. I guess that company is aware that breach of consumers' trust can result into a major loss for this company.
