This e-mail is to inform you that on Jan. 18 at 6:05 pm, I placed an order for the blackbelt profit system. After I entered my info., I hit the "rush my order" button, and the page would not load, so I assumed it did'nt go through. So I entered my info again at 6:11 pm and the page still would not load, so I gave up. About a week later I figured I'd try once more because I was really interested in the work-from-home business. Not at all aware that my order had been processed all three times. Only 12 days (jan. 29th.) after the 1st. order was entered; which I was unaware that it had even gone thru. My account was charged $149.95 but, in your terms of agreement it was stated that I had 14 days to cancel. Your business practices are not at all honorable and very deceitful. Thank God my husband checked our account. Because as I stated I was not aware that the order had gone thru. Therefore I am making a formal request for a refund.
Your program is supposed to be legitimate and not a scam. But you charged my account as soon as possible, and I was not given the full 14 days to cancel. Please issue a refund and prove me wrong! If neccesary I will contact our attorney.
