I have a 4 month old Blackberry Curve. The charging port quit working. A couple of the pins inside broke, under normal and gentle use. This is an every day used part of the phone. How is it that it is not under warranty? Blackberry and its providers are refusing to treat this as under warranty. You claim that it is user abuse or some such thing. They tell this to providers also. I see hundreds of complaints online of the same thing BLACKBERRY DEFECTIVE CHARGING PORT. I JUST WANT YOU TO STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT AND REPLACE OR FIX THE PHONE.
