Scammer's = Blackwell Construction Inc from Des Moines, Iowa hired us to do a Iowa Department of Transportation tree clearing project. Once the job was completed, they got paided from the IDOT and neglected to pay us.

We have $10, 000 out in payroll, fuel, and equipement rental and now this! They owe us $20, 000 on the job yet and the IDOT is holding money in hopes of being able to pay us instead of Pierre Blackwell with Blackwell Construction.

Pierre Blackwell is a scam artist and will scam anyone that gives him the time of day.
