My son went to have an aligniment done on his car.He did not have a center link, he went to nappa to get the part. Farm and fleet told him it would now cost him time and a half because he bought the part himself (farm and fleet does not carry part). He asked the auto service manager, why the mark up? his response, "it's company policy"
No other explanition, well it is apparent that farm and fleet has a "policy" that if they can't overcharge you bye inflating the cost of the part they just come right out and tell you, we want more money just because, we were unabale to overcharge you on the sneek...nice
