As I was didn´t find the reading very accurate due to the fact he´s not using the correct characters - I claimed for refund with no reply or comment at all from him for the past 2 weeks. he reading it´s all computerized from a software programe He doesn´t bother to make any personal comments etc. to the reading, and there is not much else which couldn´t be found in other literature etc. On top of that he will e-bomard you with lot´s of new offers - ignoring any direct communications you try to do with him.
