The lease on my GMC truck was up in July 2010. I started at the end of May looking at GMC trucks because I loved my truck and it lasted a long time. I went to the local GMC dealer, Blaise Alexander in Bloomsburg, PA. When I was browsing in the parking lot, a salesman never appeared. I had to go into the offices to find a salesperson. For two months, I requested from three different salespeople to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to trade-in my truck for a new one and had given them the information on the trade-in truck. For two months this went on with excuse after excuse why they had no estimated numbers on what it would cost. It seemed to me as if they did not want to provide any information and wanted to wait until I was in a pinch at the end of my lease before they would start talking. Funny, I left there and went across the street to another dealership and a nice gentleman came out pleasant as could be. Offered to show me the truck I was looking at, like you would think a salesperson is supposed to do. I ended up doing business with another dealership that wasn't a GMC dealership due to the poor customer service at the Blaise Alexander GMC in Bloomsburg, PA. Would not recommend that dealership unless the entire staff was replaced.
