I was skeptical at first buying an item from the internet to help remove moles/freckles. It took almost 4 weeks to arrive. The directions were difficult to follow as the focus tube does leak even after placing the cotton ball. You end up wasting the product during your trial period. When I was finally not getting the results I wanted (it made it look worse and it has been over 6 weeks, I asked for a refund because the website said guaranteed with a refund if it doesn't work on your skin. They should explain that a little more. This was misleading and misadvertized. The woman you email regarding all of your issues, does not appear to have any empathy or customer relations as it sounds like an automated response. I feel I have to beg for my refund. It is very disappointing. My doctor states you should not freeze moles to begin with because you don' t know what you are doing to the melanin.
