What can I say? I guess I deserve it. I thought I did enough research, but I guess I didn't. I ordered two watches from this company. I received package with two watches, Neither one was the one I ordered and one wasn't working. I paid COD. (My stupidity, I know) They offer money back guarantees for any problems. I only wanted to return the non working watch for one that worked. Even though they were not the exact watches I ordered, I liked one of them and it worked. I called for days, got put on hold forever, and then hung up on. Anytime I would talk to someone, they would put me on hold forever or just hang up. Finally I talked to someone who said his name was Reginald, and told him the problem. I asked him what I could do to get a working watch from them. He told me I should try "whistling Dixie" and hung up on me. That was a good one I must admit. I truly hope that these people are caught and dealt with. What a horrible shame although I know this is more common that I can imagine. If anyone knows how to get resolution from these brazen scammers, PLEASE let me know. Remember: BEWARE OF BLINGMALL.COM!!!
