	red123 September 18, 2009 Charging my credit card for something i did not agree to I have been charged a monthly fee of $39.95 for the past two months.All it was suppose to cost was shipping of $1.97 and i did not sign up for anything. I didnt even put the software in my computer.This company is a fraud.
	lennyl1mb September 6, 2009 unable to cancel due to high call volume I signed up to get a "free" CD and was supposed to pay just 1.97 for shipping; I never saw anything about a free trial, and I never logged onto the website. when I tried to cancel, I couldn't get through. I never authorized the extra charges. they took 39.95 from my paypal account. thanx for any help or info, Leonard Long
	October 19, 2008 fraud My credit card has been charged since 7/24/08 $39.95 per month. I did not authorize this charge nor did I receive it. I want this charge removed and my account credited from the inception date. Thank you.
	July 14, 2008 taking $ from me for something i never ordered.DONT KNOW what this is I never ordered what ever this is. I'm being auto.debt for $39.95 on 7/8 How can this be when from 6/29 to 7/11/08, I was in LA PAZ MEXICO. THIS IS FRAUD AND I WANT A REFUND IMEDIATELY...I'VE TRIED TO CALL YOUR WEB # 800-890-7947 BUT IT'S A FAKE # .ON HOLD 5 TO 15 MIN 4 TIMES AND NOOOO ANSWER. I WILL SUE FOR THIS AND MY ATTORNEY WILL AS WELL, IF THIS IS NOT SATISFIED WITHIN A TIMELY FASHION.
