No delivery, no refund, no support
I made an order for may long weekend with this compnay online. i received a confirmation email verifying the date and time. when the flowers did not arrived i attempted to call the Order Inquiry line and was put on hold for 2 hours before i gave up, i assumed they were closed for the weekend. I tried calling again the next day and was again put on hold for an hour when i gave up. I emailed a complaint and was informed that they do not deliver on weekends or holidays even though they accepted my money, data, and time AND sent confirmation. i then tried calling them back again but this time choose the sales department at which time I was put into contact immediately with a representative. I explained the situation with the rep and was informed the same that they do not deliver on weekends or holidays. i was informed i would be recontacted by a manager next business day. I am still awaiting resolution with the BBB.

undelievered flowers
**BUYERS BEWARE** I ordered flowers for my mom on mother's day. However, it never arrived. Therefore, i emailed them to stop delivering them as there is no point in delivering the flowers AFTER mother's day. The company delivered the withering flowers THE DAY AFTER i sent them the email and insisting on charging me. You can NEVER get through to their customer service line and their sales would tell you they cannot patch you through to anyone in CS. I kept on pushing them for a refund then they told me "mother's day orders cannot be refunded". I mean seriuosly first you didn't deliver them ON TIME, secondly, you delievered them even when i told you NOT TO. I do not believe that i should have to pay for it. This company has caused me so much grief. Do not be like me. Do not order anything from them as they are a big rip off.

They are the worst
I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to a business for Christmas. The delivery was to have been the next day. Several days later, they still have not received the gift. The online chat told me they would check it yesterday and get back to me. No one did. I tried online chat again today and was disconnected after one brief statement saying they would check into it. I tried 3 more chats and was disconnected abruptly on each attempt. Once disconnected me without even asking what my issue was. I left two phone messages that went unanswered and emailed them as well. I have just notified my credit card company to remove the charge and told Bloomex to cancel the order. They are the WORST.

Refused to refund money
I contacted them 5 minutes after I placed the order as I realized they had over charged me for delivery. Their phones do not lead to any person as I always get a voice-mail.

I got an email response from them after 2 days and was told that I could not be refunded as the order was already lined up for delivery. Despite several phone messages and emails I was not refunded the money.

The irony is though that even after billing me they did not deliver half the order. My surprise for my old mom was ruined because of them. Do yourself a favor and order from SOMEONE ELSE.

They do not care about their customers at all
I placed an order for a Super Deluxe Basket to send to my aunt after my uncle passed away. I paid extra money for next morning delivery as they would be at the funeral home after that time. My aunt had never mentioned anything so I questioned if she received it four days later..No of course she didn't receive it. SO I asked for confirmation from the customer service team. They said that it was attempted, left at the door but seeing my aunt didn't receive it they would send it again (despite their policy being they are not responsible for items that go missing that are left at the door - which makes me think it was never delivered at all!). So two days after that, they deliver the basket and more than half of the fruit was rotten..completely rotten and unedible. My aunt threw out what wasn't good. So apparently that was wrong as she was supposed to call them, pay $10 for them to come pick it up and replace it. Forgive me but when you pay $100 for a basket, it should be on time and it should be edible. Why should the recipient pay $10 to get a replacement of what was sent to them as a gift and should be good to begin with?? The company refuses to admit any wrongdoing, will not give me a refund but is willing to send another basket "free of charge", like they are doing me a favour. If I can have at least one other person not use this company, it would be great and that's all I ask for.

Since they ask for full name and order # - as if we would make up their horrible service, Cheryl Moore 924987. Also if you look at the Better Business Bureau, they are given a score of F for not responding to complaints, with over 200 active complaints against them right now. They do not care about their customers at all...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The bouquet was rather ugly and the variety of flowers were quite different than the ones I had ordered
My mother received the flowers at 10pm on here birthday, but only after I had complained that the flowers were not received within the scheduled delivery time of 12-5pm. The bouquet was rather ugly and the variety of flowers were quite different than the ones I had ordered. This company is a dud!

This company does not care about delivering service
This company does not care about delivering service. They are simply taking money and hoping that you will go away when they have ripped you off since they have no customer service and do not return calls when you inquire about being screwed.

I will never place an order with this company again
I placed a same day delivery on Sat Oct 17, 2009. I wanted the flowers delivered on Sunday but was informed by phone that deliveries are not made on Sundays. Depite ordering at 4pm (cut off 1pm for same day), I was assured that the delivery could be made that evening between 6-9pm. I received e-mail confirmation the same day. The next morning (Sunday) received an e-mail notifying me of status change for delivery to be made Monday due to the late order. The unfortunate nature of this is that the FUNERAL was Sunday, NOT MONDAY. It took me several attempts to reach a voice to cancel the order. Once done (on Sunday) I was informed I would receive confirmation of the cancellation Monday morning. So far I have not received anything (11am Monday) and once again have made several attempts to reach a voice at the company. I left a voice-mail but have not received a return phone-call. The bottom line is that it was too late to order from another company...so NO FLOWERS were present at the funeral to represent our sympathy.

This is absolutely pathetic and I still don't know if the charge was cancelled! I will never place an order with this company again.

False Advertising - No Customer Service
Hi Have been ordering flowers from Bloomex to send home to family and friends in Nova Scotia. I have never really seen what they look like until they arrive until today. My mother sent me a photo of the roses I sent to her for her Birthday. The photo on the website displays a beautiful arrangement of pink, red, white, yellow, and orange roses. It was beautiful so I ordered it. The actual arrangement recieved has 2 cream, 2 orange, and 8 red roses. It is horrible to look at, tacky and just not at all what was expected. I am so bothered by the lack of customer service. It doesnt exist. I sent the photos to compare and they said becuase they were not damaged nothing would be done. I will never use them again and will be telling everyone i know about how horrible of a company they are to deal with.

Felt cheap when I saw their tacky bouquet
The bouquet pictured was lush and colorful with a variety of colours. The one sent was sparse, ugly, with 3 variety of cheap looking flowers. I complained and a new one, barely better than the first, was sent. Recipients do not generally complain. Bloomex is relying on this. I was embarassed and felt cheap when I saw this tacky bouquet!!
