bad company
Its so funny to see all the good reports about Bloomex, and its so obvious that the reports are being done by the office itself ... because there is not a chance on this green earth that more than 1 person let alone 10 in a row good comments could be made by anyone other than the office staff ...
No matter how you look at it ... Bloomex rips everyone off from the moment you give your credit card you have been ripped off ... ask for a total before giving your credit card # then check the price of the invoice they email you oooooopsie its increased ... ha ha glitch in the system ... and if you don't notice the differece they don't let you know ...
Im still waiting for my last weeks pay and I guess when I tell the world I was PMS'ing as Dimtri suggested maybe I'll get my pay ... lol
I plan on putting signs on my car and driving around the Ottawa and Toronto area's ... it will be worth the investment ...

on line scam
BUYER BEWARE MOTHERS DAY IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER, read last years comments on the orders people placed and ask yourself Do I really want to throw my money away?
Do I really want to pay $9.99 to have the dead flowers picked up?
Do I really want to get disconnected from a help line because no one wants to deal with my complaint?
Do I really want this frustration?

If you have answered Yes to the last question Do Yourself a Favor and find a Florist that is not Guaranteed to disappoint you ... BLOOMEX WILL read the comments from last years unhappy excustomers ...

SCAM
Bloomex, I'm suprised this company is still able to operate. They are not reputatable company whatsoever, BEWARE of the the SCAMS! Recently, there has been a death in the family and my aunt wanted to send a basket full of imported cheeses, etc. not only did the basket NOT arrive the next day (as promised by Bloomex) but 3 to 4 days later and not at all what was ordered; what was received was a cardboard box filled with chocolates seemingly just thrown off the shelves and sent, no card or basket included. And what makes the matter worse is the reciepent of our "gift" is a diabetic. I would love to congradulate Bloomex on their great customer services, reputation, and professionalism...Please do not fall victim to this SCAM and unethical company like we did. Lesson learnt.

Late Delivery and WRONG!
I ordered a custom fruit basket for my daughter who was ill. It was delivered 2 days late and wasn't the fruit I selected. I have sent 3 e-mails, called 3 times and entered their online chat 3 times. I have received 1 phone call back but they left a message and now don't return my calls. The operator in online chat disconnected from me twice without saying goodbye, ie. hung up on me!

I have sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau but nothing back yet. I was on the phone to dispute the charge with my credit card company when Bloomex called which is why they left the message on my voicemail. I so wish I had checked here first.

Poor Qulaity Product and Services
This company is unethical, and practices false advertising/deceiving marketing tactics. There is NO customer service here...simple very arrogant personnel ensuring the bottom line of the owner...who gainfully exploiting people with very poor quality goods and services. I order flowers, was misquoted with respect to product, delivery and on top of it they failed to delivery the flowers in a vase. When I finally got through to someone (weeks later), I was treated rudely, the person was condescending and thought she was doing me a favour...they then delivery a “plastic” vase three weeks later. If you care about quality, respect, service, integrity and what you are paying for...do not purchase from this company.

Flowers LATE - terrible customer service
Where are the flowers?? I gave specific instructions when paying, to phone first, as my mother lives in an apartment. The delivery people who presumably are sub-contracted to deliver, never received her phone number or this instruction. I left numerous phone messages (customer service with no one answering!) to cancel the order when it hadn't arrived. Now, she is supposedly getting them tomorrow. After two days of sitting in a box in some warehouse. CRAP customer service (non-existant). LISTEN TO THE OTHERS! BEWARE!

poor customer service received wrong product and rotten produce
I ordered a fruit/flower/chocolate gift basket what I recieved was not at all like the description. Substituted a partially rotten pineapple for a pineapple, no grapes, no bananas no nectarines. Instead it had the chocolates, apples, oranges, kiwi a pear and a rotten cantelope...and cheese?
When I complained in emails and voicemails asking for my money back or a new delivery of the correct gift basket I was told that I was highly suspicious! As a nurse administrator and director of care for a highly reputable retirement home having charge of 60 seniors and over 50 staff ...I was highly suspicious.
I spoke to a customer service rep who told me the only supervisor above her was the boss and she said, " yah, I wouldn't hold my breath or anything as it is highly suspicious" She needed a photo of the gift basket and then they could send it out. I told her that the nurse who received the basket through the canteloupe in the garbage after salvaging what she could. The rep then said that is highly suspicious. ( I don't know about you but If I received a gift basket from my boss I wouldn't be prone to photograph the rotten produce and give it to her I would do just as she did and thank her then take it home and discard the rotten food.) She is polite the customer service rep. was anything but. I used this company happily on 2 previous and recent occassions I spent nearly $400 on the 3 occassions and yet over a rotten fruit I will apparently not "hold my breath."
I am disgusted and angry and hurt. Not for myself and losing $91 on a basket but because my attempt to thank a staff member for her extra efforts turned into a poor showing of gratitude.
I guess that I am satisfied in knowing that I will not send another rotten basket. I will purchase basket from local retailers or simply give money or gift cards. Thanks for your insults Bloomex I will get my $91 back in complaints on the internet and to the newspaper and to all the people in Ancaster, Hamilton and so on!

Refund Request Ignored
After awaiting a response to my refund request I was told it was too late for a refund. I had sent photos of the pitiful gift basket to a representative of the company and followed up twice for the status of my refund request. With no response, I once again engaged their on-line chat customer service where I was told they would not investigate and I could not escalate. Pitiful basket ... even worse customer service.

NO DELIVERY!
Yes! Another complaint about Bloomex for who may be interested (it mimics many of other stories you’ll find on the web --- rude, no callbacks and no delievery).
I had placed an order online for my partner’s birthday as well as our anniversary on Jan 13th, 09 and to be delivered on Jan 14th, 09. Received order confirmation and another email indicating my order status is “confirmed”. Fast forward to Jan 14th after 5pm (according to their delivery procedure for $9.99 guarantee delivery from 12pm-5pm) my order still has not arrived. I went online to seek help via live chat on Bloomex website at approx. 5:10 pm on Jan 14th and waited for 45 minutes before a screen popped up and said “"Sorry no operators are currently online to provide live support.". I proceeded to call customer service and left a message asking for someone to call me back with the status of my order. Although I was very disappointed I was still hoping that it will arrive the next day. Next morning Jan 15th I called back and left another voicemail. This time a representative was kind enough to call me back, however; they have no record of my order no. She asked me “are you sure you order with Bloomex?. I thought I was crazy for a second. I replied “would you like me to forward a copy of my confirmation email from Bloomex?” Then she said someone from customer service will call me back. On the same day, I also sent an email to customer service explaining my situation and asking for someone to call me back with the status of my order and if they are not going to delivery my order and then please don’t charge me for it.

In summary, as of now on January 17th my order still has not arrived, Bloomex had already charged my credit card for the total of my order, no live help online via chat window, rude and incompetence customer service representative, no reply to my email, no phone callbacks. I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO MY ORDER 4 DAYS LATER. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE.

EXTREMELY FRUSTATED…I must thank Bloomex for being extremely unreliable, wasting my time and most importantly ruining our special day. I must ensure that no one in my social/professional circle will ever order with Bloomex.
