i placed an order oonline for flowers to be delivered to my aunt for her birthday. i gave them my debit card to pay. i got a call about an hour later telling me that they could not fill my order. they did refund my money for the flowers within 2 days but charged me $9.95 for blooms rewards. what a rip-off.
