Last month (May) I wanted to send my mother flowers for Mother's Day. I had been sent an e-mail from Bloom's World and I decided to check it out. I opted to "join" the membership as I would be eligible for many discounts for just $9.99 a month-50% off on floral delivery(?), free shipping(Not!!) and all kinds of discounts on restaurants, hotels etc...And then, a special offer from Identity World Wide Com offering identity theft protection. Funny thing though, I only did a quick peek at the offer and decided I did not need that, at $14.99 a month. But, lo and behold, I was charged on my credit card $14.99!!! And the customer service gal tells me that was part of the agreement when I signed up for Bloom's World-No I Did Not!!! Well, I did cancel both services but, I'm told I will not be able to get my $14.99 back-What BS!!! Help??
