Blooms, made three un-authorized charges to my credit crad, as part of their rewards program that I wasn't aware that I had even signed up for. I paid for my flower order and expected that that would be the end of the transaction once the flowers where delivered. But to my suprise Blooms continued to bill me for their rewards program for three months after the original sale!

Very shady customer service, and misleading consumer tatcics, beware and watch your credit card statements if you use their service.
