This company advertises as a "local" florist then they totally screw up your orders. They promised me a complete refund over 4 months ago and I have received nothing back.

They are horrible liars and rip off artists. Please just support someone local. When you call, ask their actual address so you know they are local. Don't call 800 numbers for local flowers. Spring for the long distance call if you have to.
