I purchased BLS for Healcare Provider Online Renewal Course & Skills $65.50 (the item indicated "save by purchasing both together") They are unable to provide the "Skills" portion of this certification to me because I live in Arizona. Under the section "BLS for Healthcare Provider Online Renewal Skills Test Only: $47.50", it says "Reminder you need to come nto our Rockaway, NJ office for skills", it does NOT say this under the "purchasing both together" section. I paid for both and now have to go to a separate facility for my "Skills" section here in Arizona and pay them for my "Skills" certification. I have overpaid CPRofessional $35.50 for which they refuse to refund to me. I am attaching a copy of my "Pay Pal" account showing this payment.
