I went into Radio Shack to pay off my account, I was not able to do that becuase I did not have my husband's ss# (he's primary on acct). I was NOT trying to charge anything I was paying off my debt. I had an expensive bluetooth from my cell phone in my right ear. The sales associate had to call a number and I had to talk to that person to try to make a PAYMENT. I took the bluetooth out of my ear and set it on the glass counter (Sonya saw me do that, she even told me that when I went back). My bluetooth is incased in a rubber case, it does not move easy. I got so upset that I could not even make a payment to an account that I'm on, I left the store. By the time I got home (5 minutes later) I noticed I did not have my bluetooth, I called Radio Shack and talked to Alex, amazingly enough, they could not find it (HUH). When I went back the second time, both Sonya and Alex gave me the excuse that some people were looking at cell phones while I was in the store. HUH, that is amazing, that would have met that I walked right by some people that was not there. No one was in the store when I left but me, Alex, and Sonya. After talking to other poeple that I know that do not shop there becuase this same instance happened to them, they also think one of the sales associates have the bluetooth, and you know what, so do I. That was a Christmas gift and now I will never have it again.
