The Blue Beacon Truck Wash in Lodi, Ohio damaged a truck. We had to press them with repeated phone calls to look into it. When they did, the damage was blamed on a fictitious "paint bonding problem" since they thought it was a new truck. Three different automotive paint experts we took it to for quotes on the repair disagree with this finding.

After being informed it was not a new truck and that automotive paint experts disagreed with their determination, Blue Beacon sidetracked into the bumper having a lot of rock chips (it does not).

To humor their ridiculous idea, I called another Blue Beacon asking if they could safely wash a motor home with a lot of rock chips on the bumper. They stated emphatically that they could.

It became clear to us the corporate response would always say anything to get out of being responsible.

Never use Blue Beacon to wash any vehicles or you could be out hundreds of dollars being stuck repairing the damage they can cause, just like us.
